Chemsol's high-technology safety coatings are engineered to address a variety of problems across industrial, commercial, and residential levels. These coatings are nonslip/nonskid and possess a high coefficient of friction in both wet and dry conditions. The product line includes Chemsol 75, which is a waterborne, 1-component solution suitable for indoor or outdoor use, designed to withstand heavy pedestrian and light vehicle traffic, and features quick drying time and UV resistance. It can be easily applied to properly prepared surfaces, including wood (waterborne primer), concrete (waterborne primer), metal (metal primer), fiberglass (metal primer), PVC (metal primer), and asphalt (acrylic primer). The coatings can be textured to user preference, allowing for either a rough or flat finish. They are extremely durable, environmentally friendly, and have low VOC and HAP content. Suitable applications include cart paths, loading docks, ramps, sidewalks, walkways, and steps.
