The shotgun case is designed to accommodate home defense shotguns, featuring a sleek design that allows for easy concealment in a closet or behind a door. It offers mounting options in both horizontal and vertical positions through pre-drilled .25" holes in the bottom of the case. The primary five push button mechanical lock provides quick access without the need for batteries or keys, featuring an easy-to-set and change code system with 1081 possible combinations. For enhanced security when quick access is not required, the case is equipped with two tubular locks with keys located in each corner. Each case includes foam lining and a touch fasteners strap to securely hold the weapon. V-Line's shotgun & rifle case model is legal for use and purchase within California, though it is not classified as a "safe" by the California Department of Justice and cannot be registered as a "firearm safety device," which limits its use for the purchase of new firearms in the state.
