Aluminum worm gear reducers are available in box sizes of 30 mm to 90 mm with gear ratios ranging from 7.5:1 to 100:1. These units feature an aluminum alloy housing and NEMA motor input flanges, and they come pre-filled with synthetic oil. The reducers include a 1-year warranty and special features such as two bearings on the input and output shafts, double lip oil seals, epoxy paint for rust prevention, and hollow output bores with plug-in output shafts.
