Aluminum worm gear reducers are available in box sizes of 30 - 90 mm with gear ratios ranging from 7.5:1 to 100:1. These units feature an aluminum alloy housing, NEMA motor input flanges, and are pre-filled with synthetic oil. They come with a 1-year warranty and include special features such as two bearings on the input and output shafts, double lip oil seals, epoxy paint for rust prevention, and hollow output bores with plug-in output shafts.
