Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are available in box sizes 37-97 to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors in speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. The units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, come pre-filled with mineral oil, and include a 2-year warranty. Key features encompass ball bearings on the input and output shafts along with precision ground gears, which enhance rotation and reduce noise during operation. The KAN style is provided with B14 mounting as standard, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts can be obtained separately. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are available to accommodate varied applications.
