Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for box sizes 37-97, accommodating 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit features NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they are pre-filled with mineral oil. The reducers come with a 2 year warranty, and include special features such as ball bearings on both input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears, which enhance rotation and reduce operational noise. The KAN style features standard B14 mounting, while additional mounting options such as torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts are offered as separate accessories. Furthermore, both single shaft and double shaft output kits are available to suit various application needs.
