Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for box sizes 37-97, accommodating 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. Each unit includes a 2-year warranty. Key attributes consist of ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears that enhance rotation and reduce noise. The KAN style is equipped with B14 mounting, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts are offered as separate accessories. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are available to meet various application needs.
