Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are available in box sizes 37-97 to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, offering speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. They include a 2-year warranty, ball bearings on the input and output shafts, and precision ground gears for improved rotation and quieter operation. The reducers can be mounted in various configurations, including foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN) styles. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are available to meet diverse application needs.
