Aluminum worm gear reducers are available in box sizes 30 - 90 mm with gear ratios ranging from 7.5:1 to 100:1. Each unit features an aluminum alloy housing and NEMA motor input flanges, and comes pre-filled with synthetic oil. Additionally, the reducers are equipped with two bearings on both the input and output shafts, double lip oil seals, and are coated with epoxy paint for rust prevention. The design includes hollow output bores with plug-in output shafts. These reducers are backed by a 1-year warranty.
