Aluminum worm gear reducers are available in box sizes 30 - 90 mm with gear ratios ranging from 7.5:1 to 100:1. These units feature an aluminum alloy housing and are equipped with NEMA motor input flanges. They come pre-filled with synthetic oil and include a 1-year warranty. Special features of the reducers consist of two bearings on both the input and output shafts, double lip oil seals, epoxy paint for rust prevention, and hollow output bores with plug-in output shafts.
