Aluminum worm gear reducers are available in box sizes 30 - 90mm with gear ratios ranging from 7.5:1 to 100:1. Each unit is constructed with an aluminum alloy housing and includes NEMA motor input flanges. The reducers come pre-filled with synthetic oil and are backed by a 1-year warranty. Key features consist of two bearings on both the input and output shafts, double lip oil seals for enhanced durability, epoxy paint for rust prevention, and hollow output bores equipped with plug-in output shafts.
