Aluminum worm gear reducers are available in box sizes ranging from 30 to 90mm, with gear ratios from 7.5:1 to 100:1. These units feature an aluminum alloy housing and NEMA motor input flanges, and they come pre-filled with synthetic oil. They are equipped with two bearings on both the input and output shafts, double lip oil seals, and epoxy paint for rust prevention. The reducers also include hollow output bores with plug-in output shafts and come with a 1-year warranty.
