This NSF-approved grater-shredder power attachment is the highest-quality aftermarket version of Hobart's VS-9 on the market today and can be used on mixers, choppers, and power drives with a standard Hobart style #12 hub. Made of heavy-gauge polished aluminum, the GS-12's hardened shafts are machined to close tolerances for superior performance. The kit includes a 3/16 shredder plate, safety latches, and full instructions, and is shipped in a strong packing box. Used by many mixer manufacturers as an OEM accessory, it features easy disassembly for quick clean-up. The VS-12DH disk holder easily swaps out for the VS-12KDS, converting your grater-shredder (GS-12) into a vegetable slicer (VS-12).
