The SP-101 is designed to ground a person wearing an ESD wrist strap while also analyzing the grounding correctness of a single operator and wrist strap through a 3 prong, 120 volt power receptacle. The kit includes an easy-to-plug banana plug terminated wrist strap, and the grounding plug features a convenient user-friendly shape. Constructed from tough impact-resistant high polymer, it is ultrasonically welded for enhanced water protection. The hard ground connects to an electrical system to drain charges from the wearer. This friendly field service tool ensures receptacles, workers, and field service kits are grounded properly. High-visibility long-life LED indicator lights provide visual proof of correct ground or any common ground faults, and indicator lamps are equipped with wrap-around lens covers for visibility at all angles. Additionally, the SP-101 checks for wiring faults on 3-wire, 120V circuits.
