The Fork Mounted Rug Ram is designed to transport rolls of carpet efficiently, featuring a 2" diameter high strength, rotatable, and replaceable pole with a tapered tip. It is constructed from powder-coated steel and includes 7" wide by 2" fork pockets on 24" centers. To ensure safety, a safety restraint is included to secure the unit to the fork truck, which is finished in blue. It is important to note that the carpet roll must not hang over the end of the pole and must be loaded onto the pole with full contact with the mounting frame. Additionally, OSHA requires that the manufacturer of your fork truck be contacted for written approval regarding the use of any fork truck attachments.
