The Fork Mounted Rug Ram is designed for the efficient transportation of carpet rolls, featuring a 2" diameter high-strength, rotatable, and replaceable pole with a tapered tip, constructed from durable powder-coated steel. It includes 7" wide by 2" fork pockets situated on 24" centers and comes with a safety restraint to secure the unit to the fork truck, presented in a blue finish. It is important to ensure that the carpet roll does not extend over the end of the pole and that the carpet rolls are loaded onto the pole with full contact against the mounting frame. Additionally, note that OSHA mandates contacting the manufacturer of your fork truck for written approval prior to utilizing any fork truck attachments.
