Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and feature gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units are constructed with a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and offer NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. Each unit is pre-filled with synthetic oil and backed by a one-year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer that is applied inside and outside the gearbox. The reducers are finished with a special air dry black paint for enhanced durability.
