Cast iron worm gear reducers are designed with center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and provide gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and comes pre-filled with synthetic oil. The gear reducers are equipped with tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied to the interior and exterior of the gearbox, finished with air-dry special black paint. These units are backed by a 1 year warranty.
