Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 - 3.25 inches with gear ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and comes pre-filled with synthetic oil, ensuring efficient operation. The design incorporates tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts for durability, alongside embedded double-lip oil seals to prevent leaks. To enhance longevity, an anti-rust primer is applied both inside and outside of the gearbox, and the exterior is finished with air dry special black paint. These products are backed by a 1-year warranty.
