Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches with gear ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and can come equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. The gear reducers are pre-filled with synthetic oil and come with a 1-year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox, finished with an air-dry special black paint.
