Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 - 3.25 inches with gear ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and come equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. They are pre-filled with synthetic oil and include a 1-year warranty. Key features of the reducers include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox, and a special black paint that air dries.
