Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and offer gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and comes with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. The reducers are pre-filled with synthetic oil and include a 1-year warranty for added assurance. Key features include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside the gearbox. Additionally, the units are coated with an air-dry special black paint for enhanced durability.
