Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches, with gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and come pre-filled with synthetic oil. The design includes tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, as well as embedded double-lip oil seals. An anti-rust primer is applied both inside and outside of the gearbox, finished with air-dry special black paint. Each reducer is backed by a 1-year warranty.
