Cast iron worm gear reducers are offered in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and provide gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, available with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and come pre-filled with synthetic oil. The design includes tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox, all finished with a special air-dry black paint. These reducers are backed by a 1-year warranty.
