Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 - 3.25 inches with gear ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and are pre-filled with synthetic oil. Each unit is equipped with tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, as well as embedded double-lip oil seals. An anti-rust primer is applied inside and outside of the gearbox, and they are finished with air-dry special black paint. Additionally, these reducers come with a 1-year warranty.
