Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and comes pre-filled with synthetic oil. They are designed with tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox, finished with an air dry special black paint. These reducers carry a warranty period of 1 year.
