Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches with ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and are equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. Each unit comes pre-filled with synthetic oil and has a 1-year warranty. Technical attributes include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, the gearbox is finished with an air-dry special black paint for enhanced durability.
