Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 - 3.25 inches with gear ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. These units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and come equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. Each reducer is pre-filled with synthetic oil and includes a 1-year warranty. Key attributes include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside the gearbox. Additionally, the reducers are finished with air-dried special black paint for enhanced durability.
