Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches and ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and come pre-filled with synthetic oil. They are equipped with tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts and embedded double-lip oil seals. An anti-rust primer is applied both inside and outside of the gearbox, and the units are finished with air-dry special black paint. These gear reducers also include a one-year warranty.
