Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches with gear ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and comes pre-filled with synthetic oil. The reducers are equipped with tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and have an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, they are finished with an air-dry special black paint and are covered by a 1-year warranty.
