Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances 1.33 - 3.25 inches with ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and come pre-filled with synthetic oil. They include tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox, finished with an air dry special black paint. These reducers also come with a 1-year warranty for reliability and assurance.
