Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches, with gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units are designed with a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and can be equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. They come pre-filled with synthetic oil and include a 1-year warranty. Key features consist of tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox, finished with an air dry special black paint.
