Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches, with ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and utilize NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. Each reducer comes pre-filled with synthetic oil and includes a 1-year warranty. Key features consist of tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox, which is finished with air-dried special black paint.
