Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches, with gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and is designed for NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. The gear reducers come pre-filled with synthetic oil and are equipped with tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts. Additional attributes include embedded double-lip oil seals, an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox, and a special air-dry black paint finish. These units are backed by a 1-year warranty.
