Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches and ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and come pre-filled with synthetic oil. They are designed with tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. The exterior is coated with an air-dry special black paint, ensuring durability and resistance to wear. Each unit includes a 1-year warranty.
