Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches with ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and come with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. Each reducer is pre-filled with synthetic oil and includes a 1-year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals for enhanced protection, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, the units are finished with an air dry special black paint for durability.
