Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and offer reduction ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. These units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and are pre-filled with synthetic oil. The reducers are equipped with tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer that is applied inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, they are finished with an air-dried special black paint. The product comes with a 1-year warranty.
