Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches with ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and offer NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, coming pre-filled with synthetic oil. They are equipped with tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, these reducers are finished with air-dry special black paint and are backed by a 1-year warranty.
