Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches with gear ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and come equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. They are pre-filled with synthetic oil and have a one-year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. The reducers also have a special air-dry black paint finish.
