Cast iron worm gear reducers are offered in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and is compatible with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. The reducers come pre-filled with synthetic oil and include a 1-year warranty. Key features encompass tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox, complemented by an air-dry special black paint finish.
