Cast iron worm gear reducers are offered in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches, with gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and are equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. Each unit comes pre-filled with synthetic oil and includes a 1-year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside the gearbox, and a special air-dried black paint finish.
