Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches and ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and come with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. Each reducer is pre-filled with synthetic oil and is backed by a 1-year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside the gearbox. The external surface is finished with air-dried special black paint, ensuring durability and protection against corrosion.
