Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and come pre-filled with synthetic oil. They have a 1-year warranty. The input shaft measures 5/8 inches and the output shaft measures 1 inch. Key features include tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer that is applied both inside and outside of the gearbox, finished with air-dry special black paint.
