Cast iron worm gear reducers are designed for various applications, available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and offering gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and is compatible with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. The reducers come pre-filled with synthetic oil and are backed by a 1 year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox, and a special air dry black paint finish to enhance durability.
