Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and in ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one piece #FC20 all cast iron housing with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and they come pre-filled with synthetic oil. They include tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and have an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox, along with an air dry special black paint finish. These reducers are backed by a 1 year warranty.
