Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches, featuring gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit is constructed with a one piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and offers NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. These reducers come pre-filled with synthetic oil and are backed by a 1 year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox. The units are also finished with air dry special black paint for enhanced durability.
