Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches with gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. These units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and come equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. They are pre-filled with synthetic oil and carry a one-year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside the gearbox, complemented by air-dry special black paint for added durability.
