Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches with gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and offer NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. These reducers come pre-filled with synthetic oil and include a 1-year warranty. Key features of the product include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer that is applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, they are finished with a special black paint that air dries.
