Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and offer gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit is constructed with a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and includes NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. The reducers come pre-filled with synthetic oil and feature tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox, along with a special black paint that is air-dried. These products are backed by a 1-year warranty.
