Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches with gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and are pre-filled with synthetic oil. They come with a 1-year warranty and incorporate several key features, including tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, the reducers are finished with an air-dry special black paint for enhanced durability.
